MAREE - The tenants lease has now commenced. As the tenants were friends of the owners, we did not have to list online and we did not charge them a letting fee and the lease is also only for six months.
We leased the property for $1,040 per week.

MAREE - Hi Natalie, the owner has indicated that they are going to appoint us to manage. I have sent the management agreement and waiting for her to sign.
