ROB -Hi Natalie, yes just listed it today. Will be going to market 1st week of July


just an update, I met with both Rob Stefanovski and Brad Triplett yesterday and spoke to my managing agent today. I am just waiting on getting Brads marketing strategy and cost outline which he has indicated that he will provide by Tuesday. I therefore expect to be able to come to a decision by the end of next week.

I am not sure if this is a question that I should ask of you, but one suggestion put to me by one of the 3 agents that I am liaising with is that they would look to sell off market through buyers agents as that would substantially reduce marketing costs. They have indicated that on average this can increase the selling cost by 4% - 12%. I am a little sceptical of this and was wondering if you had any thoughts on this proposal.

Brad - Hope you had a good weekend.

I met with Gerard late last week & put in a proposal for him to consider. He was meeting with 3 agents so he is expecting to make a decision by the end of the week.
