12/03/19: Mark/agent advised that he has spoken w/ the vendor & they are not keen to go to market now due to the interest level
27/02/19: spoke to Vicki was disappointed with Hocking Stuart did not get the bid at auction and has just finished paying the huge advertising fees, she cant afford to sell unless she gets $800k would be interested in off market campaign as she cant afford advertising costs otherwise she will keep it for now.
