25/09/18: Incoming text from Monica/vendor: "Mark we are currently looking after Johns 95yr older sister we have just placed her into high care visiting as I do her washing she wants to go home we cannot take her out she is in high care and cannot understand John is the only one left to care his two other brothers have cancer plus now to old to help"
30/07/18: Simon has pre-existing relationship but happy to accept referral
