Just touching base with you as we were asked to appraise the property for you. You spoke briefly with Peter a coupld of times and the property is tenanted. We sell properties all the way from Crawley in the city to the far north in Guilderton.

27/10/20 Shaun Hayes appraised at $500-550 desktop, owner replied will leave it as it cost him more to build. Not Selling.
10/08/18: Client said may rent out for 12 months as property has picked up 20k but not enough to sell.
07/08/18: Justin appraised, and value is less than what the vendor owe
