31/10/19: Called vendor but went to VM, sent vendor messages to follow up if selling, no response
31/08/18: Vendor replied, "Im thinking i may hokd onto it for another year but the second agent (Shane Beaumont) was awesome and if i did sell hed be my agent no problems"
29/08/18: Andrew Fisher said that the client was unsure of what he was doing at this stage was all over the place vf
13/08/18: Agent Andrew advised, "Yes.. did the appraisal. Pretty sure not selling.. ....just fishing... didn't want fees or anything.. place not ready either."
07/08/18: Agents Shane & Andrew accepted the referral
