13/07/20 - UNDER OFFER / s/w Taya, she says this one is under offer now.
29/04/2020 - Taya: still battling - fees are a big issue with on-site manager - as soon as they disclose fees, potential buyers are not interested
12/02/2020 - Taya: Hi Mark – very difficult sale – the fees are basically half of the income so it kills the enquiry in its tracks as soon as you disclose
30/08/2019 - Emailed Taya (also VML) re update: Bourton Rd is a difficult one yes had offers but not anything complete yet
