11/11/20 - Sold with non-referred agent, John Falvo from Mareeba Property Office (Mareeba)
***Andrew Rogato just out of referral terms disputing **** referred 9/8/2018said did not make ctc from our referral as the client had listed with other agent.
Further to our telephone conversation, I never supplied an appraisal for Stephen, nor did I call or try and make contact with him in any form.
I noticed he listed exclusively with an other agent and it was Stephen himself who contacted me directly once the exclusive agency expired with the other agent.
17/10/19 NOT SELLING FOR A WHILE PROPERTY OWES CLIENT MORE THAN WHAT ITS WORTH.
22/03/19 - not listed / as per call log on 17/08/2018, vendor not selling as appraisals are a bit low / changed milestone to HIBERNATE - NOT SELLING
