I decided to rent the house in December so I will wait at least a year before taking any decision.

09/11/18: Vendor could not sell as he missed the date and developer did not allow him to sell so now he has decided to build on his land to follow up next year to see if he has built and wants to sell
11/09/18: Agent Jon emailed, "Marco has unfortunately had to withdraw the sale of the block. The developer will not grant a resale of the block. He will be forced to build."
13/08/18: Spoke to Marco/vendor, " very happy with Jon Michael Fletchers he will use him"
10/08/18: Agent Phillip accepted referral
09/08/18: Agents Jon & Christian accepted referral
