18/10/18: Spoke to vendor who mentioned that he is not looking to sell, currently renting property. Already informed Mark of this. I organised to contact the vendor again in Feb 2019
20/08/18: Spoke to vendor who said some agents have contacted, still deciding whether to rent or sell
