30/11/19: Vendor emailed, "I purchased my property at the peak of the market for $539K, adding bank interest and renovations, I don't think I am in a position to sell with your suggestive price. I can sell to break-even but not at a huge loss. I am not sure if Perth will ever return to the past glory. Please advice."

01/03/19: Vendor replied, works with finance institution who advised her not to sell until market in Perth picks up, sale postponed
