2020 - NOT SELLING - Thank you but I have decided to keep the property in to retirement if possible.
04/09: Bronwyn advised that she has decided to rent for a while as there is so much to do on the house and felt she would have lost on it if she sold now as the house needs a great deal of work due to poor management - if she was to sell she would have gone with Donna * * * *
04/09: Donna/agent advised that the vendor has decided to keep it as an investment & may be changing property management
21/08: Bronwyn advised that she has met both agents - very good
15/08: Bronwyn/vendor confirmed that both agents have contacted today & have organized meetings
