Cath (vendor) sold privately - no agent.
System picked up new owners selling and they contacted Bec direct.

29/1/2020 - Bec: You sent me a lead for the previous owner of this home.
She then did not list the home with an agent. She sold the home privately.
This is then a new owner who has completed a quick renovation, and contacted me privately based on a home sale she purchased in Stewart Street Bendigo.
The lead was not generated by your company, and the current owner is not the previous lead sent through to me.
29/10/2020 - Bec: Luckily for me I had a connection with the new owner, and she phoned me directly and I won the listing. It was a quick turnover between owners but you can look up that data for yourself.
28/10/2020 - Email received from Bec stating not referral, VM left to discuss.
Email acceptance and Bec's confirmation regarding appraisal booking are all in email chain, listed 2 weeks before 2 years on referral terms, so technically valid.
