Darren got no traction off our referral at the time of referral. Vendor did not proceed with any agent appraisals. 3 months later he went into town and walked into agency to ask for help selling his home. Darren arranged appraisal and then listed & sold from walk-in vendor / Voice recording of MF conversation with Darren below / Vendor was irate with Vicki so not contacted again
