21/11/18: PAUL RINGERI CALLED NOT APPOINTED DID NOT LIST VENDOR HAS RENTED IT OUT WITH OTHER COMPANY FOR 12-24 MONTHS.
01/11/18: Vendor emailed, "the agents have been in contact and we have decided to go with Paul Ringeri...we are in receipt of his contracts and are about to sign - settlement was 23rd October so it was a little later than expected."
07/09/18: Jodi/vendor emailed, "he property is still under construction and due for completion and handover in the couple of months or so...it is at Lot 120, Lot 2001, Lemongrass Link (Craig Road) Botanic Ridge - it is a 2 storey construction with 4 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, 2 car garage, 18.92squares.
We were hoping to sell once completed so will need a valuation...just looking for an agent so we can get the ball rolling once we get handover. It is unoccupied as it is still under construction. We haven't spoken to any other agents at this stage - I was just doing some initial work when I came across your site."
