15/11: Peter called, Peter Butcher says that he has had a conversation with the client, does not think its a hot lead as client does not answer his phone but property is not worth what the client paid for or wants, its West facing land, full of rock etc, will cost too much to sub divide and would prob be worth around $300k as a lifestyle.
31/10: Rami/vedor called, he hasn't had appraisals done yet. He bought the property for $400k in 2013 and is not going to sell it for the same amount today. It can be developed. But is asking for realistic appraisals
