28/09/18: Vendor/Gemma called to say she heard from Dave Grams thats all not Denise Quick, but at this stage she only wanted to check her managing agents commission fee if they wanted to sell as they quoted her 3% and Dave came in at 3.3%. They will not sell as the cost of capital gains and stamp duty to buy a new place is too much, they will just keep it rented and will call you if anything changes.
