27/05/19: Spoke to Brian (vendor), has rented out the property for another 12 months he gets good rent.
24/09/18: Spoke to agent Toby, spoke to Brian and he said that the complex is rented until June next year and he doesnt think the market in that complex will appeal to investors and he will put it on hold until March next year.
17/09/18: Agents Toby & Andrew accepted the referral
