24/02/20: Sent Keith (vendor) email to see if selling, no response
14/05/19: Tom called, Lorinda called tom back - going through court atm and getting medical something for keith. prob will use a valuer not re agent - tom thinks she is r/e agent herself lower nshore and may not want a bias agent (ie from wrea). will softly follow up
24/10/18: Spoke to Keith and it is in the hands of a lawyer, agents haven't had access yet. Keith will call me when it's sorted.
17/09/18: Agents Donovan, Stuart, and Tom accepted the referral
