07/02/19 - Ted (vendonr) replied, "Due to some health problem I'm having and the down turn of the market I am not looking a selling for a while yet.
"

21/11/18 - Vendor reply to agent (CC'd us), "I have finished all my medical tests and have an appointment this week with my Cardiologist to see if I need a pacemaker or not.

Please give me a couple of weeks to sort this out as this is very distressing for me and I would not be able to handle the stress of sell my home."
