FAILED - we have no agents that ever accepted on this Opp - he knows all agencies in area so we can never intro anyone new
Agents had commented previously far too high in price as area has died!
* Check listed-properties every 2 weeks to find out sooner when it's withdrawn
* Send another-agent follow-ups to vendor every 6 weeks if still listed with the same agency and no vendor response
