We do not feel you are due for a referral fee due to:- Judy Webber was the Vendor-not your client Carol Atkinson (the estranged sister of Judith). Judith Webber first contacted Professionals Mooroolbark who referred her to Professionals Lilydale who then referred her to our Marysville Office. Your introduction to the estranged sister of the Vendor was 25/09/2018 Contact with Vendor was made in August 2019 who came into our office on numerous occasions before she made a decision to go with Professionals Marysville rather than an alternate local agent. No mention was ever made in regards to "Which Real Estate Agent"

14/1 spoke to Jenni, she said the price is high they have an offer of $350 but clients want to wait to see if they can get what they want.
