Vendor has declined further help, referrals are out of date - so failed
6/04/2021- Vendor declined: I found a great agent and sold so don't need any more help
3/04/2021 - FU to vendor re selling
30/04/20 - Emailed vendor to see if selling, no response
25/02/19 - Caroline (vendor) emailed, I have decided not to put my property on the market for now. should I do so in the future, I'll come back to you for an updated list then."
04/01/19 - Spoke to agent Gary, said existing relationship, this lady has been in contact with them before and as recent as august where he has appraised the property and been thru it , she is unrealistic she is asking for too much.
25/10/18 - Vendor replied, "Hi Reanata - our decision to sell or rent is currently on hold. If we decide to go ahead with 1 of the agents you recommended, I'll let you know. Many thanks, Caroline."
27/09/18 - Agents Gary, Eliza, and Glen accepted the referral
