14/08/20 - Emailed vendor to see if selling, no response

22/07/19 - Agent Daniel suggested if the client wants to achieve $610plus, he would need to vacate the tenants.
22/07/19 - Spoke to vendor, he said to follow up in November , Daniel has been in touch with him and said that market will prob pick up in next 6 months.
17/06/19 - spoke to client he has expectations of achieving $600k plus the house is currently tenanted with LJ Hooker and tenants have got a 12 month lease until Feb next year, he is open to selling only if market has picked up.
