22/03/19 - Vendor emailed, "Laing Simmons have been in touch, but with prices dropping it is not the right time to sell.
22/03/19 - Rohan advsed, "After looking through our company appraisal records, Chris Koch our Principal as provided the owners with a property appraisal in January 2019. So I am unable to follow up or contact the owners"
I will not be selling in the forseeable future."
19/03/19 - Spoke to Rohan, knows the development site, knows the building well and thnks he can achieve what the client wants.
