Agent was emailed details without clicking accept link. Said he would follow up with vendor at the time whether it was our referral as he had already been in contact with vendor prior to Justyn's conversation. No confirmation from vendor that he contacted agent definitely off our referral. Agent is firm on claiming client contact was prior to our referral.
