17/10/18: Spoke to vendor who mentioned that he is not looking to sell atm due to the market and will reevaluate in the future. I noted I would call back in about 6 months time.
12/10/18: Agent Bill emailed, " We have viewed the property and spoken to Dunko. Unfortunately I don’t think we can assist because there is a large gap between our estimate and vendors expectations."
