14/03: Nunzio replied to email, the vendor has decided to stay put for the time being
29/10: Spoke to agent Nunzio, had a very close rel with brad from miles as bought from him & he has kept in contract with them. Nunzio will keep in contact with vendor & see if he can get her over the line even later. also told her he would take it off market as he can go through data base to sell.
17/10: Spoke to Sharon/vendor, not selling due to current market
