25/10/2018 From Stephen Rosendale Hi Natalie, yes they have been in touch & have provided some good information in regards to our property. At this stage we are going with a developer.
17/10/2018 From Natalie Raper Comment: Stephen, spoken to all agents. Especially liked Solomon. Solomon said $450k value on house and Steve noted dev gave him a $500k+ price. Solomon then called him back to confirm he had looked a little more into property and on 2 titles so could $550k. Steve waiting on the offer from the dev in writing and will run it past Solomon. If not happy with it may list with Solomon.
