Hello Natalie,
The unit is a two bedroom unit built in 1973 and I have not been living there on a permanent basis for about a year, as I spend most of my time on the north coast of NSW.
I am the owner and the unit is not being rented.
I have not spoken to any agents but will be returning to Sydney this Sunday, so I would like to talk to a few agents this Monday regarding the sale of unit etc.
