02/01/19: Spoke to agent Brett, he left a VM for vendor but never got a reply
31/10/18: Last time we were able to speak with vendor, she said agent would come for appraisal in Nov 2nd, no looking for any other agents atm
22/10/18: Agent Brett accepted the referral
