Just completed house 4x2x2 - built as an investment, however vendor has now decided to possibly sell if market is OK. Please note that Vendor lives in QLD and Sharon has just had open heart surgery so needs someone to look after their requirements with little fuss.
Bank is paying last progress payment and the builder will have the keys to hand the vendor in the next week or so.

Email to Tony was only a cold email with customer name and part of the address. then a comment is from the vendor that they had left a message for hte agent. The only ack ref is below. Not proceeding with claiming as a referral due to no followup and prolonged time before listing.
