02/09/19 - Ian (vendor) emailed, "Its been on the market for a few years now and not sold.
So decided to take the unit and put it back up for rent and wait for the market to get a bit brighter"
02/05/19 - Agent Brendan called, hands are tied the banks are not allowing buyers to borrow for this building as its deemed short term accommodation so they need to find a cash buyer and its been tough will try to hold on until after elections and will let me know what will be done
