12/3/21 ** Hi no thanks we have established tenants in place
12/12/18: Leanne/vendor SMS, "Hi We have decided to keep this property rented for another 12 months."
14/11/18: Spoke to Leanne/vendor, not ready yet, to call her mid December to intro her the agent Sheri. She needs to get up there and give notice to tenants first.
30/10/18: Leanne/vendor replied re agent selection, "But not at this stage. We need to assess and determine our go forward approach "
