Would like to get appraisal from one agent to determine market and will sell if the market is there.
**Owner works in the mines and this week is away for work but will be at the property from Tuesday 13th November and all that week for an appraisal.

30/11/18: Chris/vendor advised they have changed mind about selling. No reason given. Vendor also asked to be sent prices & info of properties for sale around Wellard. No phone reception in his area, only wifi.
05/11/18: Sally emailed, "I have sent an email to Chris - I just wanted to let you know that this is not the legal owner of the property and in accordance with RPDATA it is showing as a 4 x 2 and it was not purchased 8 years ago. It sounds a bit strange to me and has raised a few red flags throughout my initial investigations. I will let you know how I go and if they cannot prove that they know the person on the title I will not be attending this property. The housing authority also retains joint ownership."
