FAILED - our contact no longer works for the developers and DA had been rejected by courts - as advised back in June


Darius advised Rochedale property no longer marketable due to DA appeal by neighbors & waiting for it to be solved by May 2019.
Ben have been the showroom and sign, but advised Rochedale is a bit far.
Xavier wants exclusive agreement w/c the developer won't do
Isa have met w/ vendor & interested in marketing the Rochedale lots
Cathy have contacted but signed up w/ colleague months prior to referral
