09/11/20 - Vendor replied re newsletter, "I was in contact with you a couple of years ago about possibly selling our rental in Medina. How is the market at the moment for selling? We aren’t in any hurry but just thought I’d check in!"
22/11/18 - Anna (vendor) emailed, "We’ve decided to relist as a rental for another few years since the market in Perth is so bad at the moment. Hopefully it gets a bit better! Thanks heaps for your help. I had contact with all 3 of the people you recommended and we most likely would have gone with Sue if we had gone ahead with selling. Will be in touch if we do end up selling sooner than planned in the new year."
