21/08/19 - Spoke with vendor, not selling sitting tight the property they wanted fell through.
20/06/19 - Agent Shane emailed, "client is no longer selling as there plans fell through"
11/12/18 - Vendor advised, "Unfortunately it looks like the sale has fallen through. We appreciate your efforts to help us source an agent"
09/11/18 - Vendor replied, Hi Vicki. Yes thank you, they all came through yesterday
