22/01/19 - Vendor advised, Blacktown didn't sell, the agent fed false hope, found another agent we didn't recommend but yet to decide, will call us if she needs our help
10/01/19 - Vendor said, "we are in limbo at the moment. A deal was struck before Christmas but we are yet to see signed contracts. We are giving the agent to come good by tomorrow before we say bye bye!! So there is a real possibility we may still need an agent"
14/11/18 - Vendor advised, "Our agent got another offer on the property so we are just sitting tight right now. If it falls through we will look at who you suggested. Thank you"
