28/03/19 - Jo/vendor emailed, "Thank you very much for your follow up call and email! I am sorry for the late replying! After so much consideration we have decided
not selling the house due to family reasons."
16/11/18 - Justyn sent a no ctr email to agent Ken Williamson who said on phone tried calling vendor but no answer. Sent text to vendor to see if ready to speak to an agent
