19/02/19 - Kaye (vendor) said, "Hi, Thank you for your help in the past..I'm not really looking at the moment but if a house came up in Mccrae to buy, yes I would sell.
It was just to get an idea of what my house would be worth at that time so I have an idea of what I can spend..I had 4 appraisals so that is probably enough."
27/11/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that she has gotten appraisal from all agents and is choosing to leave things for the moment. I noted I would follow up in the new year.
