9/12/2020 - Jared: Off market currently - re listing again in 2021: Not unless the tenant moves out which doesn't look likely.
8/04/2020 - Jarrod: Has been withdrawn - offer at $1.4 M rejected / was good price but vendors want $1.6M

22/11/2019 - Jared: A photographer is booked for next week. Do not get too excited as we have a difficult access tenant and the property is going on at $1.6m. It should be around $1.3m but there is not any genuine competition around.
