Mark_ I failed this, had dealings with another property of his and same results. Knows every agent's name off public view, researches for 2 years so knows all the best agents, will never deal through us

07/11/19 - Shaun (vendor) emailed, "Not at this time as we are not intending to sell Solomon Street anytime soon. We are however currently deciding upon the best real estate agent based in the Rowville 3178 area though for our other property."
18/12/18 - Vendor replied, "No, we have decided not to sell in this current low market any more. Thanks for the follow up anyway Larrissa."
