 1/12/2021 - Michelle: Unfortunately I have no leads on this property. No enquiries are forthcoming and do not have any interested people wanting to view. The property is over market value because the home needs demolition or significant works to it.
4/08/2021 - Michelle: I may have a buyer who is considering but not at the price they are asking. The house is a demolition which has asbestos and therefore buyers do not want to touch it. NO other enquiries.

2/06/2021 - Michelle: No enquiries since my last update. Unfortunately the vendors have parcelled all three allotment together for sale. the house needs to be demolish and buyers are just not interested factoring in price and amount of work involved.

15/04/2021 - Michelle: Unfortunately I have received any enquiries on this property for quite sometime now. The home is in a very poor state and has an order on it. Owners are selling all 3 allotments as one which makes it very difficult. I am working with one potential lead but will take time for them to do costings etc.
3/02/2021 - Michele: Good morning In the last month I have had only two phone enquiries asking general information on the allotments. They have been followed up and there is no real interest on the property.

8/11/2020 - Michelle: Unfortunately I am banging my head against a wall with this property.The home is really a demolition job and is listed over market conditions.
We have any had a few enquiries and all are not interested once they view the premises.No further interest for a while now.
