10/10/19: Shepherd (vendor) replied to FU, "I still haven't sold. Apparently my son is making me an offer. So, I am likely to lose this deal as he has engaged his mother to stand over me and persuade me to sell at their price."
11/12/18: Tried to call vendor, rang out
28/11/18: Agent Malek SMS, "He is not selling at this stage."
