It is a 4 bedroom (3 double sized with built ins and 4th small bedroom- no built ins), 2 bathroom home with lock up garage parking for 2 cars and another 2 vehicles parking in the driveway. It has a gazebo out the back with a garden shed. Living area, lounge room, dining room. Carpeted through out with good quality carpets. Painted inside and out 3.5 years ago.
I have not spoken to any agents as yet as I am just starting to look. I am hoping to put the property on the market late February/early March. The tenants lease expires early May.
I am looking for information on fees and whether an auction is a better option. I live interstate so all my dealings will be with the agents via email or over the phone.
