22/02/19 - Spoke to vendor, she said not selling asked her for ctc in 12 months time she said no.
07/12/18 - Peter got back to me to say that the client cancelled appointment she said she will get back to him January, he did some reasearch property is zoned 5 which means vacant land only the house is illegal and its only worth around $30k she paid $60k for it years ago.
06/12/18 - Agent Jarrah emamiled, "The appraisal was cancelled by the vendor. She has indicated that she may look to get us through later down the track."
26/11/18 - Agents Peter and Jarrah accepted the referral
