15/01/19: Spoke to client who said he needs an evaluation from a certified business valuer and not just an agent appraisal so he can determine if there is money in it to sell.
08/01/19: Agent Michaelle advised, "this property is a farm an ongoing business and I am only allowed to sell residential properties."
