23/03/2020 - Christian: Taken off market - vendor will be subdividing and then relisting in about a year / unfortunately they knocked back an offer that wasn't too far off / Christian still has good relationship
Mrs re conv with vendor from the website. Research to sell. then Mr said wants appraisal for house. I help you work out which agents to get appraisal from.They said yes. Gave address, gave description and email address. Just starting to get advise. Send recommended agent then I will get the agents to give you a call. Told her about no obligation or cost and said agreed to service.
