5/02/2018 - Rob: Attended the property yesterday and completed an appraisal for Lisa Colville. Property is in very poor condition – white ant damage, poor exterior and roof. Have provided her with an appraisal letter which she will forward to the solicitors to form part of proceedings for a divorce settlement. It will now be in the hands of the solicitors to reach an agreement between the two parties on how to proceed – whether one party wishes to keep the property and pay the other out or whether it will go on the market etc.. Could be a drawn out process. We will wait to see if we are contacted by the solicitors to place the property on the market.
